The staff that coordinates work schedules for care-givers are always helpful and friendly. They have often provided help on short notice as well. The care-givers that work with my mom are patient, professional and caring. The office usually sends the same care giver who has grown to know my mom, which makes things much less stressful. I would highly recommend engaging the services of Home Instead - Lafayette Hill.
