My wife Susan has Alzheimers Desease and after 4 years of steady decline with caregivers 12 hours per day, I made the impossible decision I could no longer care for her safely at home. I looked at several memory care facilities in the greater Philadelphia area and decided on Arden Courts in King of Prussia PA. I loved the facility's design. It's large and bright with plenty of room to move around and wander while still being safe, which my wife likes to do. Also, it has a very nice secure outdoors area. NIcole (ED) and Gwen (Marketing Director) were warm, candid and clearly knowledgeable in introducing me to the facility and helping me understand what to expect when we moved Susan in. She went in to the on 7/1/2019 and has now been there 17 days. Her transitions has been better than I ever could have expected. Everything has turned out exactly Nicole and Gwen described. They really do go all out in caring for residents and supporting families. The caregiver staff also has been very responsive and kind. The facility is very clean. We bought furniture for Susan's room and it has a very warm cozy feel to it. Her room including bathroom is cleaned every day. The food is very good. There is hourly programming with a dedicated activities staff. There is a nurses station with coverage days and evenings. Overall I can't overstate what a relief it is to have this great group caring for my wife. They've made this very difficult time for me and my family at least manageable. I can stop being a caregiver and start being a husband again. Thanks for everything Arden Courts KOP team.

My father has expanded his extended family living at Arden Courts, King of Prussia. He now interacts and smiles in a way he rarely did while under his familys care. The daily schedule of activities is so robust that my 85-year-old is hardly idle; he even exercises! The caregivers treat him with respect, love and care; you can see it in their eyes as they interact. Dad is nurtured by people that tend to him in a way his own family could not because of this terrible disease dementia. I am beyond grateful he is surrounded by knowledgeable and caring staff that keep him safe, entertained and loved. He is home.

Talk about being at the right place at the right time. I did not meet this young lady my father refers to as the angel personally but when I heard my parents experience with her, in all places, target, I felt the need to leave a note. My parents were shopping in target and as they were browsing the aisles my mom had to use the ladies room, as of recent, mom has advanced in her dementia which has been sad to watch, not only sad for my mom but my dad too. We put an in-law suite on to be able to manage this because we could never afford a nursing home. My dad was trying to get my mom in the bathroom when up comes Alexia (I know her name because she gave my dad her card with a beautiful quote on the backside), Alexia stopped and asked if she could help and my dad took her up on the offer. Alexia helped mom, got her situated and even waited for her so she could walk her back out to my dad. This young lady did not need to stop dead in her tracks to help out strangers but she did. It doesnt stop there, she even sat with my parents and told them about a group she holds in the area to help others in my dads situation. This is proof angels do exist. I do not have an experience with her place of business but thought it would be enlightening for people to see there is help out there. We are sure of it. I hope she sees this. Thank you very much.

Arden Courts King of Prussia has given our family peace of mind, freedom and a new life to my parents. It has been a very difficult time for us as recent circumstances has led my parents from independent living to needing full time supervision in a memory care facility within the short span of a couple of weeks. As grueling and emotionally draining this situation has been, Arden Court made it incredibly smooth and supported us with their knowledge of the disease and the paperwork process of rehabilitation to assisted living. Alexis, memory care advisor, was quickly responsive and very attentive to all of our questions and concerns helping us every step of the way. We were able to get placement for my parents in one weeks time, with fully renovating a room to accommodate both my parents. In addition to Alexis, its evident that the entire staff director, nursing and caregiving staff enjoy what they do and care about the residents. After lots of worrying about my parents transition, we came in to visit on their second day to find them singing, smiling and having a great time. We cant express enough the joy and relief we feel and the appreciation we have for Arden Court. Thank you all so much!

I can say enough great things about Arden Courts in King of Prussia. They are an excellent professional example of what memory care should look like using best practices in this field of medicine when caring for our loved ones.A big shout-out to Alexis for helping my family when we needed a quick, efficient, and caring transition from the hospital to Arden. I was amazed and so grateful that I only had to ask once and I received immediate response, support, and action when I had to manage so many details for my mothers hospital care and release in a very short period of time. Alexis went out of her way to visit Mom in the hospital prior to her release and worked hard to get to know Mom so that she could better care for her through this transition.Every person on staff at Arden Courts is warm, positive and caring! Nicole has been amazing as well helping us navigate all of the details for Moms care. I am so glad we found this treasure trove of support and ongoing care for our mom.
