Some of the staff is very kind, BUT time and time again my grandmother has had money and jewelry go missing, although being reported no further action is taken and the items are never found. (Only the staff has keys to the residents doors) She recently was in the hospital and had things go missing while not at the facility. They need to up security and look into the staff more carefully. Its a shame when family heirlooms go missing.

Very strong caring team at Richland Woods. Long time caregivers, an RN leading the Community for the past ten years, everyone cares deeply about good care, quality life, and avoiding that nursing home bed so many of us fear. Thanks for the great job!
