My dad has been a resident for almost six months. The staff are more than just staff to us - they are extended family. They love him and care for him in the best ways. The Therapy is top notch (thank you Kevin, Amy and Julie!). The Resident Assistants are incredible (thank you Mimi, Joan, Kendall, Addy, Alexis!). And of course Christina in activities is amazing! FromEveryone at the front desks (Dee, Rhonda, Melissa) to the management of Donna, we are so glad to be surrounded by people rooting for dads post stroke recovery as much as we are. As Donna always tells us, hes going to walk out of there, hes going to be her miracle. Having them rooting for him is the best reassurance a family can have.

Beautiful facility and fun events! Management team is knowledgeable and accommodating. Care staff are kind and patient. There is a feeling of warmth and comfort when I am visiting.

Placing a loved one into an assisted living facility is so hard. Bridges has held our families collective hands through this process. We have been through quite a lot from both parents moving in together after 60+years of marriage. They helped us deal with emotional issues due to dementia, the death of my father in law, to the loving care my mother in law has gotten as her disease progresses. The team is outstanding keeping her clean, SAFE and entertained. The facilities and apartments are lovely and spotless. They take care of so much it allows us to come and enjoy our visit without having to feel compelled to adjust or clean anything in the apartment. The food is good so visiting for a meal has been pleasant.

Our mom was here for several months after being at another facility. I will say the Bridges is better than the other place, and there is an LPN/nurse on staff which is good. They do check on the residents periodically. However, it seems they are not equipped to handle medical emergencies, and what they deem an emergency is questionable. Our mom was very frail and was sent to the ER countless times when it wasn't necessary. She ultimately declined and needed nursing care and they docked us several thousand $ from her account. I would not recommend this place.

The Bridges at Warwick has proven to be the premier care facility in the area. My family has tried other facilities but they dont really compare. The activities keep my grandmother engaged and happy, the staff goes above and beyond, o and the food is delicious. If you need help or information ask for Kim Sager when you call, shes the best. They also host great events for the community throughout the year.
