Well for starters, the current DON is very fake in front of the families. My mom has been at the facility for awhile now and I hear the things that she tells me about the administration and its terrible! The nurses are all wonderful to my mom and she adores them! Ive been to the facility multiple times and I can assure you the nurses always seem so short staffed! You would think that it being such a beautiful facility they would have plenty of nurses on staff at all times but that doesnt seem like the case. I have seen the DON a couple of times and I just think she is really fake in front of the families.
