My mother was a resident for one year. She was always so well taken care of. The staff was very attentive to all her needs. They became like family to us because they treated my mom like family

My experience was terrible, while employed there the executive Director&Dining supervisor Missi Burget belittled, embarrassed ,harassed,&treated myself& other employees terrible.I would never recommend working or placing a loved one in this particular facility.Amy Harr executive Director&Missi also bullied, made false alligations against me,were rude, very unprofessional & the worse thing of all is they treated many other employees this way.I even took my complaint to director of operations was told there would be a full investigation into the matter, which never happened or at least if there was one I was never aware of it.the situation started on a Wednesday,by Monday I had a message left on my answering machine saying they felt the best thing was for me to not return to work.I tried contacting all the administration&nobody would speak to me,or return any of my calls, this even included the ceo,coo Pat Malloy.i signed up for workers compensation, was granted it,because nobody from Elmcroft disputed it,so in other words they new they were in the wrong,it stated for the reason of me being out of work was because I was fighting(no physical altercation)but, defending myself those were the exact words from workmans compansation.i wasn't fighting w/myself.I believe that Amy&Missi should have been terminated that is not or was not anyway to treat an employee
