nursing home and rehab ok place but got bring you own tv your own cable your own ac your own anything this place is very basic so pack up your house if you need stay also they got one cordless phone it always off the hook and dead so make sure if you send someone here they no how use a cell phone and when it even something important they say first come first serve that bs if someone cant move because rehab they cant do notthing i been try since 2 days they very unfair js

My father is in this place. Last night we witnessed a nurse give him an injection in his left arm. It was a blood thinner. SHE NEVER CLEANED THE INJECTION SITE! I immediately said something to her and she admitted that she didn't clean his skin prior to giving him an injection. OMG! This happened while the head nurse was sitting in the room next to my father. I told her that I have been taking insulin shots for over 48 years and I know it was dirty and wrong what she did. She left the room. Now I am reporting this facility to everyone I can! This place is illegal and filthy!
