The Grove at Harmony

The Grove have truly come along way.. My family member has improved so much and continues to improve daily from her brain injury. she was not walking or talking 3 yrs ago 3 yrs later with there help she is doing both all thanks to this place : ) . As any nursing facility of course you have some obstacles but the grove exhibits the best care and truly treat the individuals like family . We are so blessed they are able to help care for our loved one.. I would definitely recommend them

I've seen alot of nursing homes in the area, and this one is one of the best where you will get good care..

Wow, thats all I have to say about this place. I recently had a tour with a loved one and was amazed by the facility and employees there. Very nice people and made me and my father feel at home. Michelle R was outstanding. So professional and answered any questions I had! 10/10 recommendation.

I was sent here from the hospital.after a a q2 day stay at Passsavent. Where do i start? My roommate was was nonverbal, but it was obvious she didn't like me after she shoved my wheelchair down the hallway. I could not shut the room door because she was a sleepwalker. The othef patients spent the night screaming. The one thar kept screamong for 'jimmy' would go for hours and even though he was far down the other wing, he was very loud. The nurse claimed she didn't hear anything... hey i am here for phydicsl rehab. And not so far gone that i am not aware..... the food was unidentifiable, and resembled Alpo fog food. I lost 30 lbs while there. I coud manage breakfast, but lunch and dinner--- well i eould eat only the fruitand send the trsy back, virtually untouched. They finally took me to the shower the day before i was discharged. Luckilty, my husbsnd arranged to take me out to dinner teice. First stop, my house so i could get A shower, thenm, dinner out. Finally, the turkey dinner, i tecognized it and thought OH GOOD, BUT I WA a SADDLY MIISTAKEN. The very first bite i had to spit out, it tasted rotten.

**UPDATE** 1-10-2020** The Grove is still sending me bills for may father that passed away September of 2018!! I have returned them and called repeatedly but they still keep sending them. That's how poorly run this place is. The Grove is a mismanaged, mislead facility. They put my Dad in a private room and left him there while ignoring his requests. Finally he asked to be sent to the hospital where he spent 2 weeks recovering. They failed to file his Medicaid application for over 2 months. When they finally did they said 'don't worry his medicaid will be retroactive and will take care of the bill in full' We are now getting collection letters and the director Mark Nord said he would look into it back in February 2018. We still are getting letters and he has not responded or returned any calls. They also sent it to collection in MY name not my fathers. Poorly run organization.
