I had to make a delivery to this place & resident was unavailable, at the familys request was instructed to leave at front desk where I encountered the most rude & nasty woman who wouldnt accept delivery . I would think the family paying all that money for their family member to reside in this place would be accommodated! Hopefully the rest of the staff is more pleasant & not rude like this miserable woman !
