We visited a friend of ours at Country Inn in Fenelton and we were absolutely amazed at the at how nice it is and how friendly all the people are. We are very thankful he found the Country Inn.

Excellent facilities on magnificent grounds. The staff is superb! LOVE this place!

My brother was housed at the home for over 10 years without issue. Arrived on 8/6/17 for a visit and was notified by the staff he had been transferred to another personal care home because Pine Haven had been forced to close by the State. They also they had no contact information for the family which was why we weren't notified. the Primary Contact, my brother and myself who was the secondary contact had made no changes in any of the contact information and had been contacted in the past by the facility using that same information. I contacted the State and was told Pine Haven sent the State a letter indicating they were voluntarily closing. Something fishy going on. REPLY to RESPONSE: My name is Jim Smith. My brother Jay and I will both attest to the fact that we were told upon arrival on 8/6 that the facility had been closed by the State with 10 days notice. Also, over the dozen years that my brother was a resident, the contact information never changed. We had been contacted at those same phone numbers many times.
