If an employee becomes close with your loved ones and then quits, they may not be allowed to come visit. I am a current employee here and for some reason they will not let a former, good, well liked/loved employee back to visit. Why? Oh because someone has something against this employee and is making up lie after lie. If I didn't need my job I would post this review with my name and title. What they are doing to this former employee is WRONG and goes against residents rights by not allowing them visits. This person never did anything wrong to anyone here and genuinely loved the residents. One resident in particular is taking it very hard, causing mental abuse if you ask me. But hey, I just work here.

While I was not there in person, my brother in law was there following his heart attack with complications. My Erie relatives told me how wonderful he was treated and how happy and cheerful the staff was. They also went above and beyond to help my sister after their house burned to the grown during my brother in law 's stay. THANK YOU. I am an RN and as you know people seldom have nice things to say...our family is grateful for the care provided to him...and the assistance to my sister at a very tragic time in their lives.

In in Twinbrook now, maybe 4 people on the floor is good. Aide has a real attitude tonight. She may learn a lesson on how to treat people tonight. In tired of attitude and hearing I have to wait to use the bathroom after pressing call button a half hour or so ago. That's a abusive, in book. Never happens of first shift when Sarah's the nurse.
