Arden Courts of Old Orchard

I am giving Arden courts of old orchard 5 stars for the hands on treatment of my mother who has been living there for over a year. The hands on staff love the residents. They go above and beyond for the people residing there and for family members as well. You must be a special kind of person for this line of work, and I do believe they are all angels. The nursing staff, hands on care takers, activitiies personnel, maintanence, and food service staff are lovely, hard working, skilled people and I am very grateful to them all for taking such great care of my mom and for showing my mom respect and love. I know my mom is in the right place and I feel safe and relieved knowing she is in such loving and skilled hands. I do want the staff to recieve 5 stars, but if I am being totally honest, I would be even happier if I felt the same honesty, dedication, and respect from top level management. I now know better after being blown off and falsely led to just go directly to hands on staff with questions or help. The staff is genuine and you feel that you and your loved one are seen and heard by them. Top management would do well to follow their lead. If you are busy and don't have time, just say that. If you don't want to see or hear family members, then just redirect inquiries to staff. I dont need a conversation with top management now that I know the staff can do it all. In the begining I did not want to overload them with my concerns as I became adjusted to my mom's new environment. They work soooooo hard! Now, I know to make the direct route to hands on staff who will go above and beyond or redirect me and at least make me feel seen and heard. Thank you Arden courts of Old Orchards staff for shining your beautiful lights on on my mom and myself!

I would not recommend Arden Courts . This place is very unprofessional and the supervisors there arent patient with the residents.
