Nice agency to work for.Staff are very Great

My one who my neighbors one who is elderly and one who is bedridden and was in the hospital for over 4 years is home now and these people are supposed to come and be with them at all times at least five times in the last month they have been without care tonight there without care I went over and took care of let's just call her Sarah the bedridden one the younger one as her mother was extremely upset crying on and off wouldn't go to bed because she was scared because no one was there I am very upset about this they said that they got stuck in the snow and couldn't get there they need to have a back-up plan for when this happens so that these people are not left alone to fend for themselves luckily we're right next door and it would only take me a minute to get there if needed so I'm giving you two stars and also going to call tomorrow and speak to someone about this this is unacceptable Sarah was soaking wet she cannot move herself she cannot change herself she is going to be saturated by the time someone gets there in the morning it is unacceptable it is inhumane it's bad enough when she was in the nursing homes she got bed sores and they didn't take care of her properly and nothing was ever done about that she still has the stores and another time she moved and her tube came out are drainage tube someone needs to be with them at all times the elderly woman the mother could easily fall down the basement steps she asked me at least three times who was in the basement she is having she has early all the timers I know this because I took care of my father when he at all timers until he passed well until I had to put him in a nursing home because he doesn't like children and I have I had a young daughter at the time and two sons and he was a heavy smoker and Drinker and it was unsafe to have him in my home but these are Christian women that don't drink don't smoke and someone needs to be there to care for them I am disabled I have chronic pain bad back bad leg bad feet bad everything I can't move her I did the best I could there needs to be someone they're plain and simple that's my review.
