Both my father and my mother in law have stayed at Stonebridge for rehab and respite care. The staff and management have always been kind, caring and professional with all of the needs of my family member. We will be happy to use them again any time any of our family members need care.

Recently, my grandfather reached a stage in his 93 year life where he needed more care than our family could provide. We were recommended to Stonebridge and I write to tell you that our entire family is grateful for the care he received. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful men and women who cared for him while he was at Stonebridge. Each time I visited him, I was so thankful for your staff. Your staff treated my grandfather like he was family. They slowed down when they came in the room and they checked to see how he was and how he was doing. He told me repeatedly how nice everyone was to him and how thankful he was of the care. On the day that my grandfather passed, a cousin of mine was first to arrive at the facility. When he got to my grandfather's bedside, there was already a gentleman from the facility just sitting there with my grandfather just keeping him company until we all could arrive. We were all so thankful that the Stonebridge staff was so caring. When my last days on the planet draw near, I can only hope and pray that there will still be kind, loving people like your staff and facilities like Stonebridge to care for me. Thank you all so much!

Poor service for your loved one. If residents DONT WANT TO BATHE... NO BATHING! No PT if resident says no. They feed them and that's about it

The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous. They treated Dad with dignity and respect and helped to make his time at the facility as comfortable as possible. We, the family, could not say enough about the care this staff provided. God Bless all of you for doing the work that you do. H. Conrad
