Amada provided excellent in-house personal care for elderly parent with medical and physical needs. Amada used multiple care givers to cover our weekly schedule and all were professional and interested in proving the best care possible. Richard was very responsive and addressed any concerns with prompt action.

We used Amada twice. The first time didnt go as planned and had some problems getting my mother to an event on time. Understanding things Richard was very nice to deal with even through the problem that we chose to use them again. The second time couldnt have gone any better for my daughters wedding. The care giver was punctual, pleasant and professional just a perfect combination that we didnt worry about my mother as she was in great hands. Better was my mother was very comfortable her too. We did have them booked for a third time but my mother wasnt able to make the event but long story short I would use them again when needed.
