This is the most unprofessional, negligent, pathetic, poor excuse for a business I have ever seen. I used to work in personal care, so I know what the staff is doing is not in the best interest of the residents. One of my parents has been in the hospital for 7 days. I only found out because the hospital called me. Not once did this business find time in a week to pick up the phone to let me or my sister know what is going on. And this isnt the first or even the second time. They do not answer the phone, they dont return phone calls. Not to mention the many, many violations that were found. Wake up people, your taking care of peoples family members. Would not ever refer anyone to go there.

I was informed that there was pictures under my name on here about this place .... I took the pictures down ....I know my phone was hacked into 2 times and I think I know who did it
