Incompetent staff!!! I was visiting a Resident and the only nurse that seemed to know her stuff and professional with great customer service was a nurse named Aisha from IntelyCare, when I went to visit again a CNA said that this nurse is no longer their! What else is new. This nurse was very knowledgeable and kind to my family and I wish their were more nurses like her!

I wanted to take a minute to thank Newport Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Staff and Administration for taking care of my father during his stay. I am beyond grateful to rehab team for their great services and professionalism. I highly recommend it.
