What a great place for people, who don't live here legally, to come and stay every night with someone they know or are related to. The same car (s) in the center circle all day /all night.

High lot rents, I work full time I try and keep yard and pouches cleaned and mowed Constantly got letters about my place would not recommend unless last resort

My girlfriend and I applied and got denied ($100 app fee), applied with cosigner ($50 extra app fee), approved. They had 2 places that people were STILL living in them but we were told they were moving out end of the month. They asked for job verification. Almost a week later only to get back to us and tell us all of the sudden they cant rent the homes because supposedly both owners got cash offers. Oh btw they know our current lease is up at the end of the month (3 weeks away). How should I take this?

They dont allow dogs in the rentals. We wasted all weekend getting approved and getting paperwork done and were upfront about our dogs and then they tell us yesterday that dogs r not allowed i. The rentals that we need to buy the home to have dogs
