Paramount Bethel Park has been a great place for my father. When we started to inquire at a number of assisted living places, we found Paramount Bethel Park to be the best. Tonya, the Admissions Director, helped us greatly in this most confusing and difficult process. Since my father moved into Paramount, he has been cared for, loved and respected each and every day. For that and for their attention to detail for all of us we will be forever grateful. I would recommend Paramount Bethel Park without hesitation.

My mom was a resident of the Paramount. They are severely understaffed the few that are there are not competent. My mother was abused, neglected and robbed. One star is even to high of a rating.

We are happy with the care that our loved one receives at Paramount. Whenever I've had a concern it has been addressed and rectified in a timely fashion. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, our loved one feels safe and cared for.

Have very less employees. Residents that need 2 people assist have to be done by 1 person and their safety is put at total risk.
