I am very disappointed in the care that my client received. I got a call from a nurse telling me that my client needed to see an eye doctor. I thought this was very unusual so I asked if there were any other changes. I was told that he didn't want to eat or socialize with his friends as usual and was refusing to shower which was unusual. This had been going on for days. I told the nurse to send him to the ER. He had a stroke doctors determined that it had occurred in the last week.

The employee turnover at this facility is alarming. The staff is constantly changing.

Beautiful facility. I enjoyed our tour. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit for my mother.
