This place is definitely dated and the workers are unprofessional. On day one I got a bad taste in my mouth as we sat there for hours just waiting to get my grandpas admission paperwork filled out. Medic Rescue brought him in and no one really even cared to check on him. They werent going to give him dinner until I asked For food for him. With in the first week I had To continually tell them that they were giving his medication wrong. After this first week i began a search for a new facility with an open bed (as we only came here because this was our only choice) His second week there they went into quarantine for the flu then the pandemic. They were terrible about updating families about the patient and when i called they seemed like I was a bother when asking how he was doing. They never called me to say he was going downhill and he ended up passing away. This has been the worst experience at a facility to date between him and my grandma and I feel Like Im left with so many unanswered questions. Also I thought more than one worker there was a patient from the way they were dressed. Absolutely unprofessional!! The best people I talked to was our social worker and the girl in the business office they were helpful!

Do not use this facility. There is very little regard for patient care. Way understaffed. This was our 4th choice as were left with no other choice.
