I recently visited Terrace Place for an event and it is beautiful! Love the luxury hotel like common areas and that all the apartments have patios or balconies. And its pet friendly. Would definitely consider this for a loved one looking for an active and vibrant community!

Had the pleasure of attending a recent event at Terrace Place with my parents. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The style is beautiful and modern and Terrace Place has the elegant conveniences that make you feel like youre visiting a top-notch hotel. The apartments are well appointed and It was fun to learn about the Smart technology. Terrace Place has really thought of everything.

I'm incredibly proud of the design and finished product of the building: the beauty is evident, especially in the interior and courtyard. I've taken great strides to build a robust calendar of events and activities, and the students who live on site and help with the programs have been nothing short of wonderful.
