Great facility. I chose Heather Glen because they made me feel welcome when I toured the facility. The director went above & beyond to meet my Mother's needs. Very happy with all the activites they have planned for the residents. Helps my Mom be more social! I'm very happy!

I've always been very pleased with the care and concern with the staff at Heather Glen for my mother. It defiantly feels like home for her, I am always welcomed by everyone on staff. I have complete faith and trust in the staff who take care of my mother.

We were disgusted to learn there were only 5 staff for 82 residents on site the night of the fire. My brothers and I considered moving our dad there, but eventually decided to keep him home. Thank goodness we did! 1 staff member per 16 residents is not at all what they told us.

So happy to have my dad back at Heather Glen. What a wonderful welcome we received!! The staff as always was amazing and immediately made dad their top priority. I highly recommend Heather Glen to anyone looking for a facility with top care for their loved ones.
