Poor leadership by management Human Resource and receptionist did not respect employee confidentiality. Caregivers who were hired were not experienced causing poor care to residents and they were there for wrong reasons. It was a very unprofessional place causing a hostile and negative working place.

They are dirty and disrespectful. The management team seem like they don't care about the residents they only care about the money.
