Poorly managed and staffed. Some of the caregivers acted unprofessional and even hostile towards clients and other staff. I find it hard to believe that the management tolerates such behavior but they do. There are too many alternatives to have to settle with this organization.

I have worked in many different memory care's and this is by far the best of them all. The level of care that this company has for the residents all the way to the corporate level. I will not work in another memory care this is the best that there is hands down.

Some of the caregivers here really do care, however when it comes to management they are questionable. I worked here for approx 6 months and besides beings short staffed and overworked the lies from management to family members is what made me sick and that qualifies this facility for 3 stars. The hardworking caregivers are why it even deserves the 3 stars. I have witnessed residents falling or being hit by other residents and as long as there were no serious injuries the HSD would simply say 'shh, don't say anything. It didn't happen'. The HSD hangs out talking about her personal life and makes fun of the residents and their family members. I left because I found another job, where I am extremely happy and they placed in my record that I was fired.
