The Staffi is very caring. My room is situated well. I'm allowed my Sophie. Sometimes the neighbors can be gossipy.

My husband and I have been living at Five Rivers for a year now and we cant speak highly enough about the staff and the facility. They are a loving and hard working bunch of people. We have settled in very nicely and have enjoyed our time. Meals, housekeeping, taken care of. We recommend it highly.

Mom moved into Prestige Five Rivers about 5 months ago. We had nothing but a wonderful experience. Mom did a 'Trial' stay there in there beautiful model apartment. She was skeptical at first but they went over and above to make her feel welcomed. She has done better than we expected. Meals, housekeeping, activities, outings. Good quality of life and friendly staff. Its a good place. Responsive administrator.

If I could give less than one star... Staff here are awesome but the administration is borderline mentally ill.

Do not under any circumstances get sucked in to sending your love one here. The administrator has no education and will lie any time it suits her. Constant health violations that are ignored. Find yoirself a better place not one person in that building gives a damn about anything but themselves. Your loved ones will be treated with contempt made fun of by staff, residents evicted by administrator despite the fact that the resident was harassed by staff on a daily basis. Administrator allows people to continue to work who would not be allowed in any other places. Wiretapping surveillance which administrator watches and listens to from her home because she has no life or soul. Constant confidentiality abuses that are just laughed off. Stay out of Prestige Care
