wonderful Community lovely residents Super sweet staff aside from a few of the girls I could tell treated the newer workers poorly For not catching on as fast as they wanted to during meal times overall front desk staff Office staff and most of the workers seemed great the food served was beautiful compared to some other Care communitys the chef on duty was kind and willing To Do whatever to ensure residents got what they wanted to eat residents seemed happy and well cared for overall this is a great community

The staff members at Spring Valley are so caring and kind. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and treat the residents like their own family. Amy throws fun events to bring the residents together and to keep them socially involved. The staff are very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have.

Spring Valley assisted living is a wonderful place with a capable, friendly and caring staff. The management is second to none. I would feel more than comfortable having my loved ones cared for there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

They have such a great team with aDirector who has been there 15+ years and a team that is like a family and love their work! When a team is happy n love what they do they do it well!!! Amy is my fave she is fun, life loving and her energy is contagious. You can trust them with your family and friends!!

i was dreading having a conversation with someone about assisted living, believing all of the stories that I have heard over the years. Amy was such a delight to talk with. Amy answered all of my questions and listened to all of my fears and concerns that I was feeling. I felt validated and at ease after Amy helped me explore the idea of an assisted living.
