I wish there was a 6 star review available or 11! The owners and staff of The Sweet Bye N Bye are such a blessing to our family. The support they provide to their residents and their resident's family is beyond amazing. They are 100% focused on doing the very best to make lives better for everyone in every way. Mom has been in several facilities and I had no idea that there was a place that truly puts the well being of residents above everything, everything. I pray with gratefulness every day that Mom is part of the Sweet Bye N Bye family! Thank you!

As a former employee, I can personally testify to the mistreatment and lack of care to the elders and workers here at Sweet Bye N Bye. I was once part of many nights where we were understaffed and taking care of the elders was very difficult. I was also not compensated for the hard work with neither with pay or benifits. I felt very unvalued as a worker and noticed how many of the workers that knew the Estradas, got special treatment. Personally, I would not advise you to bring your loved ones to this retirement home.

Sweet Bye 'N Bye is 'Best of Class' care. Period. There is no finer or more caring long term care operation in the mid-Willamette Valley region. These guys set the bar and they set it high. Consistently providing superb nursing and caregiver oversight one might expect to find in higher levels of care. Local owners, Robert and Angela Estrada, have found the perfect mix of resident-centered care and head 'n heart management. Quality and compassion permeate everything these guys do and everyday I am thankful they are part of my community. See and feel the difference for yourself.
