My husband had placed his father at Ashley Manor for over a year. During this time my father-in-law experienced several behavior changes due to his Alzheimer's. I can't tell you how supportive the Ashley Staff were throughout this process. The director, Kim, is amazing and she kept us informed regularly on what to expect through the process of dying. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease that no one should have to experience, but I am eternally grateful to the staff of Ashley Manor, Jayleen, Crystal, Ivory just to name a few for making my father-in-law needs a priority and not a number that one may experience in larger facilities. Thank you Ashley Manor for making my father-in-law's final year comfortable and reassuring to our family.

The staff is very caring! They always notify me if anything occurs right away! She really loves it there and loves all the staff!

Words cannot begin to express the appreciation we have for the beautiful women that work at Ashley Manor! They did such an amazing job taking care of our sister and her husband from the day they arrived until their death, within three days of each other. They were also very supportive to us and their daughters through the very difficult and emotional last few days. Thank you, all so much!

The worst of society fail. What makes it even more sad is that they get their negative reviews removed. I know there are a lot of them because I know the people that left them I'm one of them. Place does not care at all. The nurses are horrible. if someone buzzes because they fall they'll take sometimes over an hour to get to them. And then act irritated when they do get to them. Again I know this because my mother was there.
