I'm watching a homeless man Names Ben who is camping right across the street since the viris two of your resident sure have strange um dealings with him I watch out my window had to call cops 3 times on him yesterday and was floored to see a resident come over and share his pipe wow do you know how many nasty people he shares that with everyday???!!! Yew!!!! And Ben he use to be a really good guy now he did to much acid and beer He has changed he seems to have snapped bad said he camped there because he didn't want to be away from his so called cousin that lives there

Nice size units affordable rent but very many disrespectful and unprofessional employees. They higher anyone without checking backgrounds. Someone has been pocketing my money orders making me look irresponsible for the last 4 months. Residents has been making complaints about their meds getting stolen this building needs to be investigated soon. I put in a transfer no communication from management just harrassment. I see kids sleeping in work areas around 1am to 6am in the Morning more than twice .
