My mom stayed here for a few weeks this year starting may 2019 after recovering from her 2nd brain surgery due to breast cancer(it spread to her brain) . She was treated horribly by some of the staff. There was a few people that were great to her such as the older CNA staff but she says the younger ones were sooo rude. I felt bad for her because she had no choice but to stay there due to her insurance. She had passed on as of june 1 but i always told her i would write a review

I have not been to the facility, but I work at a providers office that has a patient currently in their care which requires some coordination between us and their billing department. I will say when I DO get someone on the phone, they're very nice (hence the extra star) - but usually when I call it just rings...and rings.......and rings. No one answers! Not professional at all!

I would give this place negitive 5 if possible. My father has been to this place twice now. The first time was short term and went okay. I think they switched management because this time was a nightmare. My father is a stroke patient with a paralyzed left side. He has cognitive issues. He also is a dyalisis patient and has both his kidneys removed. He fell and broke his femur bone. He has a external cast which is made of two metal rods which hold his leg straight. This place reached out to me and told me my father wasnt making any progress so they wanted to discharge him. I expected them to realize that he would not be able to return home do to the fact that he has a broken leg. It was a no brainer to me that my dad cant make progress until his cast is removed and healed. I thought they would let him stay and then once cast was off they would do physical therapy to gain his strength back in the leg. Well, that wasnt the case. My father has good private insurance through blue cross blue shield and they harrased us and tried to get us to put him on Medicaid. We didnt want to do it. My father had a unrelated injury and was transported to the hospital. They told the hospital that if he didnt sign the papers for Medicaid, he wouldnt be allowed to come back. This place is a joke. I work for Mult County and we will move forward with some sort of legal action. This place has repeatedly over medicaided my father and then tried to trick him into signing Medicaid papers. Im sure this place thrives off the bad services they provide and bills Medicaid to house patients long term. The place looks great In the lobby, but once you get on the elevator and go to a floor it looks like a psych ward. I read past reviews and thought the must be wrong, but now that Ive experienced this I know those people are not lying. Lets see how long it take who ever runs this review sheet to respond. Also I tried to add a image of my fathers room situation and the 3 in tv he had in his room that was on the other side of the room where he couldnt see it. But they wont let me post pictures. They want you to thinks its a nice place with their photos. Send your family here and you will regret it.
