Don't let the new carpet fool you. This place has recently changed ownership and is all about the dollar and less about residents who they made promises to. The kitchen is closed for two months and our loved one is complaining about the food they once loved. They raised rents and blamed it on the minimum wage going up- as if paying people less than $12 an hour who love and care for the residents was okay.

Be EXCEEDINGLY careful with these guys. They'll promise things are included in the lease only to go back on their word at a later date (and in our case, blame a change in ownership). The staff, while friendly, fails miserably at onboarding or communicating in an ongoing fashion. It literally becomes another job just to get someone on the staff to call or email you back.If you plan on advocating AT ALL for the well being of your loved ones, you should definitely look elsewhere. Make no mistake: money is the #1 priority of this facility, its most decidedly not the care of its residents. They can and will say anything to get your business though - so BEWARE.

This place is terrible!!! They discriminate in their hiring practices. They hired one of our clients to work front desk but when they discovered that she had a job coach with her for her first shift, they quickly said that there were red flags (because she had a job coach) and that she would be better suited for housekeeping. They had absolutely no idea what her disability was. Were reporting this to BOLI and filing a civil suit.

Pulled my mother out of there about six months ago. Rent went up and the service got bad. The consent flow of new employees make it hard for residents with memory problems to feel safe and comfortable. The food has gotten worse and options less.
