I have been a satisfied resident of Brookdale Oswego Springs for the past five years, and plan to continue living here. This beautiful three-story building is tucked away in a forested area away from heavy traffic and other urban sounds. As staff is very thorough and caring, I feel safe here. I am an artist, and am graciously permitted to tole paint in my room. I am a published writer including children's books, an Oregon history book, poetry and more. Because of my background, I am the editor of a 6-page newsletter. With the help of my sister, I have established a lovely vegetable garden serving the kitchen, staff and residents alike.

I have lived at Oswego Springs for about two months, I think that the food is very good. I also enjoyed our painting class, I like the grounds and being outside. I like all the caregivers and have made new friends. Its nice place and I would recommend it.

I feel compelled to write about the wonderful care and services my mom has received here since we selected Oswego Springs as her new home. We have witnessed countless acts of kindness to not only my mom, but the other residents. The activities program is so full of life and this is evident every time we visit her. Kudos to the very caring staff and associates at this community! Highly recommended choice!

This place is just what my dad needed and has made his stay as good as it can get. Theres been a few minor obstacles but nothing impossible. I would definitely recommend brookdale to others.

Worst company to work for. Brought to their attention that I was being intentionally harassed by their sales manager and in return because I wouldnt take it they decided to come up with lies about me to fire me. When to the office manager about being harassed and wouldnt tell Ron because he stated, Ron would side with her because he doesnt like confrontation. He also stated that shes retiring in 3 years they wont be able to do anything to her or change her. The RN even came to me and told me the sales manager had a vendetta against me and wanted me gone. Didnt know being harassed was legal? But apparently thats okay to do when you havent worked there very long and wouldnt work a different shift that would make it to where I wouldnt see the sales manager. They were only trying to accompany to the sales manager and make her life easier. They lie about about everything. Dont believe anything they promise you. I wouldnt ever work for a company that tells you, you cannot go to the bathroom, tells you that you arent answering the phones when thats all you do. Then blames you for not being at the front desk when youre busy doing everyone elses job. I wouldnt let my family members or anyone work their if they value your dignity. Reporting them to the state of Oregon for unlawful termination. If HR wants to do anything about it they can go ahead and contact me if they want more information. I have all the emails asking for help and never getting it.
