The two representatives that have been helping my sister have continually lied to her about everything from when checks will be mailed out to when she would actually get her money. She set up everything with a representative in August 2017. Her money was received by EOCIL in early October 2017. At every turn what she was told was 'oh my mistake, I shouldn't have told you that' or 'my boss said we can't do that' to how she is allowed to spend her money from her disability lump sum back payment (a large payout). She is disabled because of severe anxiety and mental issues, yet every time she has to deal with this company she has a total melt down. This is NOT what a representative payee should be doing. When a promise is made, it needs to be kept. Overnighting a payment should be overnighted and received the next day, not put in the mail to get there 2 or 3 days later. What a horrible company.
