Staff is unprepared, unfriendly, and unwilling to help the residents. Management is unresponsive to needs of the residents and the employees causing constant turnover and burnout. Rooms are outdated, no automatic doors anywhere for wheel chairs and walkers, dining room tables are too high for the residents (up to their chins), unimaginative/repetitive menus. To name a few...PSA please do not look for work here or send your family here.
