If I could give zero stars, I would. Theyve been told multiple times to give my grandmothers cat his medication or hed die, and guess what?? Weve ended up at the ER twice because they didnt give him his medication. Theyre rude to their residents, multiple workers are snarky, rude, and downright mean. Please be careful before choosing Bonaventure for your loved one

This is one of the most sleazy sales pitches Ive heard in a long time-which surprised me. I went in looking for my mom needing time make a move in a couple months and felt pressured into making a decision on the spot. Something as fragile as my mothers future and spending $5000 a month is not a decision I can make in a day and I was made to feel like if I didnt commit on the spot I was of no value. I left feeling defeated. I dont usually write reviews, but if you are looking for a place for a family member dont even call bonaventure unless you are ready to commit on the spot. The building is beautiful but the vibe it gave me was that the beauty started and ended at the appearance. No one aside from the lady showing me around seemed happy, everyone seemed stressed out and tired. I didnt see hardly any residents-or the place is near empty. Regardless, not a way to start my search.

My mom has lived at the Boneventure since it opened - first independent living & now assisted living. It was a difficult decision to move her there but the staff at Boneventure was amazing during the transition. Cat who is the director of assisted living is truly an angel and takes so much time/patience & love when helping residents & families with all of their needs. I also have to give a shoutout to Jennifer/Paula/Kathleen & all of the wonderful & loving caregiversThey are so great at keeping me posted on how my mother is doing when I cant be there.

My great aunt and uncle lived at bonaventure of medford assisted living in 2018-2019. The service was horrible and the assisted living manager kat would never fix the things that were wrong and never knew what to do. Caregivers were never anywhere to be found. Medication technicians were lying about medications. My family was finally able to move them into memory care. We were much happier with the care. Dont move your family here to assisted living

Just want to say, in my experience with Bonaventure. I have had no problems. Yes there is a lot of turnover. That is everywhere, in all communities. My experience is great. That's why I'm giving it four stars.
