We lost our loved one at this facility secondary to neglect. Unfortunately the family was not able to be at Avamere 24/7 as a patient advocate. We reported the facility to the state but sadly the husband of victim feared retaliation from staff if he followed through with complaint Protect your family

Dont let your loved ones go to this nursing home long term. The administrator and head nurses are some of the worst, most unprofessional, unethical people I have ever met. They often do not respect the patients rights or integrity. They become a room number, a diagnosis and paycheck instead of being seen as a person. When staff no longer want to deal with patients they give false information to get them out. Patients are discharged without proper supplies and put in dangerious situations. This place is a mess. Avoid it at all costs.

Very poor care They are so under staff that the care is sh*t my mom pushed the call button at 2:48 an hour later they show up I've been in contact with the state if that tells you anything
