The staff is unprofessional very disappointed . The staff is unorganized, too much BS, gossip and drama.(high school). I worked here I seen behind the closed doors and fake smiles. These people are not honest they do not really value the residents or the other workers. They are all about company budget but charging a arm and a leg for your loved ones to live in this community. This establishment has faulty people working here I will never recommend this place for a loved one to live here nor a person to work here. This place is a joke they fire people with no reasons at all they always leave the lazy people that dont even do nothing.

My mom lives at MWs and she loves it. I hang out there on occasion and I have a lot of fun. All the people that live there are educated (I mean all!), smart, funny, hip, and seem to be true lovers of life. It is really a special place with a healthy and positive atmosphere.

I used to love this place a year ago... But now Staff are disrespectful, they hire anyone, don't train properly, short staffed always, don't check on residents, one resident had fallen and a caregiver from the next shift found the resident in basically a bloodbath, the resident had been there so long that the residents blood started to dry up and coagulate but the previous shift had supposedly checked on the resident a few minutes before the end of the shift, that resident died a week or two later. Staff doesn't do their jobs, management has been informed numerous of times and they refuse to deal with the issues. Supervisor is disrespectful to numerous of staff members, seems to be bitter because of a demotion. Its a hostile work environment and they are illegally working people. One caregiver to one unit of 22 to 23 people, i could go on and on. They (direct supervisors and on up to CEO) have been informed numerous of times about employees not completing their job duties and the conditions some residents have been left in and in a year nothing has been done but when staff is overwhelmed and asks coworkers to please complete their duties and they disrespect the person asking everything goes left and now the person that does their job got let go after being double teamed and ganged up on and lied on. There are bullies and racists hired there that don't care about the residents, I've seen it and was a victim of the mistreatment toward residents and staff. People have to ask to be paid properly each paycheck when they work over time, have to ask for their premium pay and even to be compensated for working their regular hours. This place is beautiful but some of the people make this place very ugly.

Peaceful, friendly people, amazingly tasty meals. Always immaculately clean, tastefully decorated.
