I wouldnt recommend this place for your loved one, my grandma wasn't taken care of due to the poor management of not having enough caregivers on the floor. When we would go in to see my grandma it was disheartning that the caregivers didn't have the time to spend with my grandma because there was only one caregiver to a floor and one shower aid, Im actually glad my grandma passed before they got rid of the shower aid position as rumor has it because im sure with no RN on duty and no RCC on shift and some person thats never managed caregivers is doing a good job. Rumor has it the RCC left because of the poorly ran facility and The RN left because they where jepordizing her license. Still no one has told me what happened to grandmas favorite shower aid, guess ill have to find her on my own and deliver at the request of my grandmas death bed to deliver thanks in flowers for that person and the wonderful quality of life she gave her in that small time frame. I can see why this has high reviews as the team at pioneer has taken the time to give themselves high reviews, oh that is false advertisement. I hope no ones loved one has to go through what we saw.

The staff at Pioneer Village are very attentive to my mother. I feel she is safe and cared for.

My grandparents moved here in 2008. Though my grandfather passed on in 2010 (he was 98), my grandmother would not want to live anywhere else (shes 100!). Its a beautiful facility. The people who work here really care about her and communicate with me regarding her needs and any little emergencies that come up. I sleep better, knowing she is in caring hands.
