Countryside Village

I am giving two stars instead of only one because of Rebecca, the helpful lady who worked with us beforehand, and for Rosela, the kind lady at the front desk. Tried to place my loved one here in assisted living. They didn't even assess him, (or even talk with him,) just looked at his medical records and, after waiting to hear for a month, rejected his application out-of-hand without much explanation other than his medical situation was 'too complicated'. OK, they have a right to refuse admittance, but the nurse who called with the news was so cold and uncaring and unhelpful with any info as to where else I could turn for his future care. I was so disappointed, but after considering it, realized that it was for the best if that's the way they treat people. Also, the dining room was pretty dirty. We ate there and there was sticky stuff on the chair handles and food on the floor. The hash browns were greasy and not cooked all the way.

Most stupid place I've been too. Needs more work and management is not nice
