Coast Fork Nursing Center

I like being here. Everybody is real friendly to me. I'm friendly to them and they laugh and like it! Everybody likes me here. I like the relationships that I have made here. I love BINGO! The food is WONDERFUL! I like my room and this facility. I really like the people that work with me.

This place has got every thing you need here. We have not just 1 nurse, but nurses all the time. We have aides that come to help you whenever you need them. On thing I like about this place is that the aides are not judgmental. No matter what happens they always help you and do not give you the feeling of being judged. I think Brittany, Christine and Deanna are really special. Kerrie with activities really keeps us going, being active and having fun. The therapy I get really has my future life as priority. The therapists are so encouraging that you just want to do more than what hey ask of you. The food is like home. I feel like this is a good place for me to live out my life!

This place has really gone down hill over the last year and a half or so. I have been to this facility many many times over the years to visit various friends and family members, all of which who had a wonderful experience during their stay. The staff were always so warm and welcoming, and did a great job of making this place feel like home, for not only the patients but their family members as well. I used to be familiar with most all of the staff from my many visits over the years but now I hardly recognize any of them. There are new faces every time I stop by and I barely know anyone anymore. It certainly doesnt have that same cozy home like feel to it as it once did. It feels so cold, The staff seem to be genuinely unhappy to be working here. Its a shame the direction this place has gone under the new management. It reminds me of how Creswell Care Center used to feel. That place has made a complete turn around over the last year or so. The new administrator is doing great things at Creswell, as he did when he was the administrator at Coast Fork. Makes me think hes got it all figured out, Coast Fork has been spiraling downhill since he left and now Creswell is great just like Coast Fork used to be.

I get good care here! I have good company here! They get me what I need and help me when I ask for it always. The activities are fun and entertaining here. My favorite is the shopping trips and the BINGO times!
