The level of incompetence of the administrative staff at this facility is simply astounding. The staff that is on the floor every day providing care to these residents deserve to be treated with respect and equal objectivity. Often times people who are inept at something are typically unable to recognize how bad they are at it. This group of upper management should not be holding the positions they do and shame on them for using manipulation, intimidation and abuse of power on their past and present employees!

Impossible to reach anyone by phone in regard to business office or administration. Ridiculous voice mail menu does not allow access to someone in management.
