Don't let your 86 year old parent/grandparent with dementia stay here!!!!!!!! My gma was in the outside dining area and the staff left the gate unlocked. My gma walked out of the gate and to the gas station on NW Expressway. Heritage said she should know better than to leave and kicked her out cause she 'escaped'. I'm sorry, she has DEMENTIA!!! And why was no one outside watching them??

I was an employee here and it was one of if not the best place to work! Great staff, lovely environment, residents were very pleasant and happy! I would recommend this facility to my loved ones for care and I would send my friends and associates there for employment as well! All around great place ! I loved it there!! Glad I had the opportunity to be a part of it!

What a wonderful place for our mother. So very grateful for all the staff and there wonderful care and kindness. The director of nursing is a sweetheart and was beyond helpful.
