My father left to go to the hospital by ambulance with double pneumonia and a fever and passed away 13 days later in the hospital. A family member told them he was sick and to call an ambulance. The month was paid in advance and he left on the 20th and my poor mother is still waiting for them to reimburse for the 10 days of care he never received. Kimber the daughter of the owner just tells my mother we are looking at it. Its very emotional and stressful to deal with a place that is partially responsible for how critically ill my father was before he received any care and subsequently passed away. They need to refund the money and take better daily care of health issues for their residents that they call family.
