Town Village Tulsa

I have been here almost 2 years and am very pleased with how they check up on us every day to see if we have been out of ourroom at all, if not they will knock on our door to see if we're alright, and if we don't answer they will come into our room andcheck on us, and if there's a problem they will call family and letthem know. As for meal's they welcome our input as to any problems we mighthave with them.They also have several activity's each day, including trip's out to lunchwhich might include going to an interesting sight, such as to a museumetc.I am very pleased with living here.

Its a decent enough place. The food is good. Care for my father was decent enough. But, in the middle of summer, when its 90 degrees outside, it seems to take them A FULL MONTH to fix an air conditioner.I have video, pictures of the thermostat, and testimony from friends that have helped me, and movers.Also, if youre viewing the pictures representing town village, Im not sure if they own that property or if it is just a park. It seems to be fairly adjacent to the building. But, itd be a heck of a walk or a decent chair ride for an elder person like my father to actually get there. Its across the parking lot and down the drive. If you want to see the property, use google street view, or better still, take a tour. Be sure you replace the battery in your call button probably monthly and test it at the front desk weekly. Have an additional employee verify your meal delivery requests or you may not get the meal. The property is clean and the employees are pleasant but remember: they are a business, youre a customer. Sales is their business.
