The Broadmoor independent living retirement community is very understaffed in all areas: maintenance, dining area has one wait staff and one cook. The one and only Manager is overwhelmed in her position to the point where she cant attend or address concerns from the residents at the once a month meeting. MGM CORPORATE needs to spend some time here to witness and create a plan to greatly improve the surroundings for their tenants and staff.

My other half and I had a grandmother whom resided at the Broadmoor and I have nothing bad to say about the place. Daily activities, great staff,( who cares about the well being of their residents), and the food is just as good as a home cooked meal! The living quarters were kept up to a high quality standard and the other residents were like family once we got to know everyone. Thank you too the employees and staff at the Broadmoor, and thank you to the residents also!
