Sherwood was an absolute Godsend for my mother. They treated her with respect, dignity, and really took pride in their job. They do not have the newest building in town, but anything cosmetic does not matter to me and the care given to my mother. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

This place smells so terrible that I always had to hold my breath going down the hall. A nurse told my mother not to push the button so much when she needed help. My mom was here for rehabilitation, and the social worker provided no guidance on transition planning. It's a sad place, and I would not recommend you send your family there. The only positive was that the physical therapist was very helpful to my mom.

Building is run down. Nurses are inattentive and dress in dingy sweat pants.

My dad was here. Yeah, its an older building, but the staff is so much more caring than some of the new facilities in Tulsa. Thank you Sherwood staff!
