Parents have lived here between 3 to 4 years, its a great independent living facility! Very nice apartment options and very accommodating in the large dining room when we wish to dine with them or reserve the smaller private dining room. Mom and Dad appreciates the bus trips to the local stores and doctor offices since neither drive anymore, as do we kids. Theres a calendar each month with lots of activities to choose from, mom has been enjoying the chair exercise class lately! Their outsourced but onsite CNAs are definitely helpful from time to time when one of them need a little more help, like after moms hip replacement and to manage medications. The over all staff throughout the facility are all kind, thoughtful and helpful. Its like everybody in the building is one big happy family. We really feel like everybody truly does care about our parents and us!

Woodland Terrace has been a great place for my parent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is pleasant. They offer many activities for their residents. My complaint with them is their on site health care company. My parent needs assistance with medication which needs to be given on a set schedule. They seem to have trouble with their scheduling of services, meds are often not given on a consistent time frame. They also have an extremely high employee turnover rate. Parent often complains about just getting used to a new person, and they are gone and another stranger shows up.If you have a loved one that needs assistance from a medical standpoint I would not recommend coming here. If your loved one needs a great place to live and enjoy their life. WT is a great place.
