I am so mad at them right now. This has to do with INCA and JAMM because my issue is mostly with their website. It is the same website. It is the same company, but the 'INCA Department' really should be able to give me information about JAMM. OR even better Post It On Your Web Site!I was looking for work in 2014, and really needing to ride a bus to work. Fortunately and surprisingly, JAMM had a Road To Work route in several counties. The website was sloppy, but it contained detailed information about every route. They had Technology Center routes and County To County Routes. Even if I needed to work in a different county but not be able to use Route To Work, I could use County To County and switch buses.The information back then said that Johnston County (their headquarters also) goes to Dollar General Distribution Center in Carter County. Marshall County also. Murray County said that there is no Route To Work but would consider it if there were written requests. All three of these counties offered County To County. A friend that refuses to take care of himself and makes one excuse after the other does not understand that cars need to be maintained. I remember the Route To Work from the website as it was in 2014. It contained a lot more information. Today's version of their website contains no information at all. Calling them is stressful and you get different answers every time.I called to see which routes they still have. Marshall County does not have County To County but DOES have Route To Work. Murray County does not have Route to work but DOES have County To County. Johnston County said all their programs were shut down but would contact me again if they found a solution.I got a call from their 844 number. That could be from ANYBODY. I did not remember the telephone and of course they did not leave a message. Returning the call was a waste of time. If you are going to bother me at least leave a message if I do not recognize your telephone and do not call from a generic telephone. And Update Your Website. Update It Regularly.

The 'women' that work here are rude, obnoxious and can care less about helping people. Hire ups need to rethink about hiring people. There head start program sucks, it's not worth working there and not worth taking your kids. The 'teachers' are always on there phone and they touch kids inappropriately by giving them kisses and stuff. The tea hers currently are rude to me even if I work with them. Beware
