My mother was placed in a 'so called' 5 star facility,after being left on a metal bedpan for 4 hours with s broken call light I had her moved to Shawnee Colonial Estates, she received excellent care and rehab services. This nursing home deserves to be listed at the top.

My dad was at another skilled nursing facility for 20 days and had a very bad experience. We tried to keep him at my home for a couple of days but he was far from ready from leaving skilled nursing. Amanda Terrel with Colonial Estates went out of her way on a holiday to come into the office to help get him admitted. Amanda is a terrific representative for this facility.
